THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRIVATE SECRETARY
 
To provide communication between the university and the governorship and other private and legal entities
To make preparations for the meetings organized by the Rector and Vice Rektors, to announce the meetings to relevant staff and to organize the meeting room.
To carry out the necessary preparations and organizations for the rector and the vice rectors in domestic and foreign travels.
To organize and check the daily, weekly and monthly schedule of the Rectorate's office
Regulation of daily visitor flow
Arranging the services of the Rector's Office regarding visits, invitations, receptions, farewells, hospitality and feast celebrations and coordinate it with other institutions
Execution of the private correspondence of Rectorate.
 
AIM OF FOUNDATION
Karabük University Office of the Private Secretary is responsible for orginizing and processing all the official and private authority for the correspondence of the Rector, all protocols and ceremonies.
